Full disclosure: I was an Enagic Independent Distributor from 2018 to 2026. This site may earn referral income when readers become distributors through an authorised distributor I recommend. Every claim below is sourced to Enagic's own published materials or to firsthand distributor experience.
If you're researching the Enagic business opportunity, someone has probably mentioned EWS. Maybe you were introduced to Enagic via the EWS, or your upline said you'd need it. Maybe you searched for it and found nothing useful, just a login page, or a distributor's vague reference to "the back office."
That's because EWS is a closed, member-only platform. You can't access it before joining, which means almost everything you'll find about it online comes from distributors, people with a financial interest in your decision. This article is written by a former distributor and covers what EWS is, what it costs, and what it doesn't do, before you decide whether to join.
What Enagic Web System Is
EWS is not the portal where your commissions live. That's the Distributor Support Portal (DSP) and every active Enagic distributor is given an account automatically. EWS is a separate, optional marketing platform you pay for on top of your machine purchase.
The full name is the Enagic Web System. It provides four main things:
A pre-built distributor website. Paid EWS plans give you a compliant, Enagic-branded site under your own distributor ID. You share products and the business opportunity without building anything yourself. The free tier's site access is limited to a basic video page; it doesn't include the full marketing site.
A contact and campaign manager. EWS includes landing pages, AutoWebinar pages, lead capture, and broadcast sequences for staying in touch with prospects over time. This is templated automation; useful for ongoing campaigns, but not personalised to what a specific prospect said on a specific call.
A single-product quote estimator. EWS provides a tax calculator, which offers price estimates for the US, Canada, and Europe, one product at a time. These are explicitly labelled as an estimate, with final pricing determined by Enagic at purchase. It's a great solution for those selling single products. But when your business involves selling multiple products to one customer, and you're quoting a K8, Anespa DX, and Ukon together, the interface is clumsy, requiring a complete address and manual calculations, with no combined total.
Application forms and training. EWS is where to find distributor and customer application forms. It also recently bundled in the True Health Lifestyle curriculum and Mastery Tracks for building step-by-step onboarding programs. EVA, an AI assistant built into the platform, is available on supported plans.
What EWS Costs
EWS runs in four tiers. These are the current published prices in USD:
| Plan | Monthly cost | Contacts | What's included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free (Distributor Area) | $0 | — | Basic video page, limited mobile app access only |
| Starter | $30/mo | 250 | Contact management, unlimited email, online ordering |
| Distributor | $75/mo | 2,500 | All of Starter + Domain Manager, SEO, SSL, priority support |
| Leader | $180/mo | 25,000 | All of Distributor + TeamShare, Team Manager, Team Site |

Is EWS mandatory? No, EWS is optional. DSP, the commission and genealogy portal, is not optional. Every active distributor has a DSP account regardless of whether they use EWS's customer-facing features. If you join Enagic and never pay for EWS, you can still sell, earn commission, and track your earnings through DSP.
What you lose without a paid EWS plan: a compliant distributor website, contact management, and the ability to run automated campaigns. Most distributors use the EWS in some capacity, even if just to source paperwork or run tax calculations. Most distributors never pay for EWS at all; the majority at 1A rank join, make one or two sales, and stop. That's consistent with the 2024 Earnings Disclosure Statement, which shows 49.9% of all registered US distributors sitting at 1A.
DSP: The Other System You'll Actually Use
DSP (also called the Enagic distributor portal) is the back office every distributor uses, whether they pay for EWS or not. It handles commission tracking, sales reports, and genealogy, which describes your downline tree: who's under you at what rank, and how your team structure maps to your own rank progression.
Where EWS is customer-facing—your website, your campaigns, your prospect contacts—DSP is entirely internal. It's the accounting department. You check DSP to see what you've earned and when it lands in your bank account. You use EWS (or other tools) to attract and convert the customers who generate those earnings.
Customer-facing
EWS: what prospects see
- Distributor website
- Contact manager
- Campaigns
- Quote estimator
Internal
DSP: what Enagic distributors see
- Commission statements
- Sales reports
- Genealogy tree
Why people confuse them: nowhere does Enagic clearly explain that the Enagic EWS login and the DSP login are two separate logins for two separate purposes. New distributors are often handed both without anyone explaining why they're different. The result is that most distributors learn EWS, DSP, and mobi piecemeal, whatever their sponsor happened to explain.
The Enagic Mobi App
enagic•mobi (often called the Enagic mobi app) is the mobile version of EWS. Not a separate system. It pulls your EWS contact database, so what you see on your phone matches your desktop. It does on mobile what EWS does on desktop: contacts, purchase links, training videos, the single-product price estimator, calendar, and tasks.
EVA, the platform's AI assistant, is available in mobi on supported plans. It can surface your most engaged contacts, draft an email, or answer questions about your account data.
Enagic mobi is not a standalone demo tool. Live product demonstrations are done with dedicated demo equipment like water testing, pH and ORP comparisons. Mobi is for managing your business on the go, not for running demos.
Why It's Hard to Find Information About EWS
EWS is a closed, member-only platform. You need a distributor ID to access the Enagic Web System login, which means anyone researching Enagic before joining can't simply go and look inside it themselves. The result is that most of the information available about EWS online comes from distributors, rather than from independent sources.
The same applies to reviews. Enagic Web System reviews from independent sources are nearly nonexistent for the same reason—you can't evaluate the platform without first joining. What exists are distributor write-ups, and this article.
This matters because it means the only information most prospects get about EWS comes from their upline, who has a financial interest in their joining. The honest version: EWS is a real, reasonably capable marketing platform with a genuine free tier and paid plans starting at $30/month. It's not a scam, it's not hidden, and it's not mandatory. It's a subscription marketing tool that you pay for separately from your machine, and it has real limitations—especially around multi-product quoting and country-specific paperwork—that your upline may not volunteer.
The full regulatory history of Enagic's distributor conduct issues—including FTC notices about income claim practices—is relevant context for understanding why an independent explanation of the tools distributors use matters.
What EWS Doesn't Do
Understanding the gaps is as important as understanding the features, because the gaps are what distributors run into:
No combined multi-product quotes. EWS caps at one product, one estimate. A Trifecta order (Anespa DX, Ukon Sigma, K8) has no combined total in EWS. That's a real operational gap for distributors working with serious buyers.
No clean international quoting. EWS does provide pricing documents for international markets including Australia and the UK, but they're PDFs buried in the Forms section, not a unified quote tool. Finding the right form for the right country takes work, and nothing in EWS combines them into a single order total. It's a manual process.
No conversation-specific follow-up. EWS supports templated automation via broadcast and nurture sequences. It doesn't produce follow-up personalised to what a specific prospect said on a specific call. Broadcast automation and conversation-specific follow-up are different things solving different problems.
No sales coaching or call analysis. None of the official Enagic systems analyse a demo and tell you what to do differently.
For operational detail on how EWS, DSP, and mobi work together once you've joined, the FlowQuota EWS guide covers the full stack from a working distributor's perspective.
What This Means Before You Join
EWS is a real cost of running the business, and it belongs in your pre-join cost calculation alongside your machine purchase and any training platform subscription.
The cost picture for an active builder:
- Machine purchase: $3,530–$7,080 USD (Leveluk JRIV to K8), or via Tokurei instalment path
- EWS subscription: $0–$180/month (most active builders use Starter at $30/mo or above)
- Training platform: $0–$180/month (The Digital Era, iKonic Marketer, or similar—all optional)
- Marketing costs: variable, depending on strategy: ads, content creation, event attendance, flyers, in-person events.
None of these expenses are included in the Earnings Disclosure Statement. The EDS notes only that "expenses can be significant" without itemising them. EWS is one of the line items that makes that sentence true.
The Enagic compensation plan covers what you can earn. This article covers one of the things you'll pay to build it. Put both together before you decide.
The Honest Summary
EWS is an optional distributor marketing platform, not the back office where your Enagic commissions live (that's DSP), and not required to join or sell. It's a real tool with real limitations, priced from free to $180/month. The relevant question before joining isn't whether EWS is worth it, it's whether you've factored its cost into your cost of entry, alongside the machine, training platform if you choose one, and the marketing spend that serious building requires.

Frequently asked questions
What is the Enagic Web System (EWS)?
Enagic EWS—the Enagic Web System—is the company's official distributor marketing platform. It provides a pre-built distributor website, a contact and campaign manager, and a single-product price estimator for the US, Canada, and Europe. It is separate from DSP (the commission and genealogy portal) and is optional, not mandatory. Pricing runs from $0 (Distributor Area, basic access only) to $180/month (Leader plan, 25,000 contacts with team tools).
Is EWS the same as the Enagic back office?
No, and this is the most common point of confusion. "Back office" is used loosely to describe two different systems. EWS is the customer-facing back office: your website, campaigns, and prospect contacts. DSP is the internal back office: your commission statements, sales reports, and genealogy tree. They have separate logins and serve separate purposes. Every active distributor has DSP. EWS is optional.
Do I need EWS to sell Enagic products?
No. EWS is not required to become a distributor or to earn commission. You can join Enagic, make sales, and track your earnings through DSP without ever paying for EWS. What you lose without EWS: a compliant distributor website and automated contact management. Most distributors who build actively end up using at least the free plan for the tax calculator and paperwork forms.
How much does the Enagic Web System cost?
EWS has four pricing tiers: Free (Distributor Area, basic video page and limited mobile access), Starter at $30/month (250 contacts, contact management, unlimited email), Distributor at $75/month (2,500 contacts, Domain Manager, SEO, SSL), and Leader at $180/month (25,000 contacts, TeamShare, Team Manager, Team Site). These are USD prices as of August 2026. Confirm current pricing with Enagic directly.
What is the difference between EWS and DSP?
EWS (Enagic Web System) is customer-facing: your distributor website, contact management, lead capture, and price estimates. DSP (Distributor Support Portal) is entirely internal: commission tracking by product and rank, historical sales reports, and your genealogy tree. They are not competing systems, they do different jobs. You can use EWS without using DSP for its admin functions, but every active distributor has a DSP account automatically. EWS is optional. The logins are separate: EWS at app.enagicwebsystem.com/backoffice.php, DSP through Enagic's distributor support portal.
What is the Enagic mobi app?
enagic•mobi (the Enagic mobi app) is the mobile version of EWS. It is not a separate system. It pulls your existing EWS contact database and mirrors EWS features on your phone: contacts, purchase links, training videos, calendar, tasks, and the single-product price estimator. EVA, the platform's built-in AI assistant, is available in mobi on supported plans. Mobi is for managing your business on the go, not for running product demonstrations.
Is EWS worth the cost?
That depends entirely on how you build. The free Distributor Area gives you access to a basic video page and the mobi app in limited form; enough to get started, not enough to run an active prospecting business. The Starter plan at $30/month adds contact management and unlimited email, which most active builders need whether inside EWS or via an external tool. The Distributor and Leader plans add team tools that only matter once you're developing leaders. Factor the cost into your pre-join financial calculation alongside the machine purchase and any training platform subscription. EWS is one of the "significant expenses" referenced in Enagic's own Earnings Disclosure Statement.
